These terms apply when you use the Rotary Club of Irvine website or make a gift through its donation links.
1. Who We Are
This site is operated by the Rotary Club of Irvine and Irvine Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 68-0634111. You can reach us at PO Box 50066, Irvine, CA 92619-0066, or info@irvinerotary.org.
2. Using This Site
This site provides information about the club, events and ways to give. Content and photos belong to the club or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without permission.
3. Donations
Donations are processed securely by Stripe on Stripe pages. We never see or store card numbers. Gifts go to Irvine Rotary Foundation for the purpose shown. We email a donation receipt and a thank-you letter. Tax deductibility follows IRS rules; please consult your tax advisor. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact info@irvinerotary.org and we will review your request. Recurring gifts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.
4. Links to Other Sites
Links to Rotary International, District 5320, TeamUp, DaCdb, Stripe and other sites lead to services that are not under our control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
5. No Warranty and Limits on Liability
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. Use the site at your own discretion. To the extent allowed by law, the club and Foundation are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from use of this site or linked sites.
