The annual cost of membership is usually in the range of $1,000 to $2,500, depending on your level of participation.
Paid once before induction. It covers adding you to the Rotary International and District 5320 rosters, Rotary apparel, a member certificate, a Rotary Passport, and a first $25 gift to The Rotary Foundation.
Includes Rotary International dues ($105.30 a year), District 5320 dues ($78 a year) and Rotary Club of Irvine dues ($776.70 a year). Your first invoice is prorated. Any member may request a copy of the club budget.
Weekly giving at meetings to share good news (for example, $20 for your 20th anniversary). It offsets club operating costs.
Giving is voluntary, but our club is one of the top per-capita givers in the district. Our goals: every member a Sustaining Member ($100 a year) and a Paul Harris Fellow ($1,000 total) within the first 2 years.
Members usually buy tickets to club fundraisers for the Irvine Rotary Foundation and invite friends. Club socials and events typically cost $20 to $50.
