Ken Montgomery is a Registered Civil Engineer with a 40 year career in Municipal Engineering. He served as Director of Public  Works/City Engineer for 29 years for 3 cities (Norwalk, Redondo Beach & Laguna Niguel). Ken joined Norwalk Rotary in 1980 and has been in Rotary ever since, serving as Assistant District Governor more than 10 times.
